Woven Fabric Tape
The zipper uses a tightly woven fabric tape designed to provide good tensile strength and dimensional stability during sewing and regular use.
The dense weave helps reduce fraying at the tape edge and keeps the zipper stable through repeated handling, washing and sewing. Different tape colors can be matched to the finished garment or bag.
Polished Zinc Alloy Metal Teeth
The zipper teeth are made from zinc alloy with a polished silver finish. The solid metal construction gives the zipper a firm feel and good resistance to wear during repeated opening and closing.
The teeth are formed and aligned to maintain consistent engagement with the slider. A smooth tooth surface also helps the slider move along the chain without unnecessary catching.
Double Two-Way Auto-Lock Sliders
The zipper is fitted with two auto-lock sliders, allowing the zipper to be opened and closed from either direction.
The auto-lock mechanism helps keep the sliders in position during use and reduces unwanted movement. Different pull tab designs can be supplied according to the product design.
